Pain killers have adverse side effects and it’s not good for the health most of the time. Always keep the usage of these painkillers to a bare minimum. Only make use of it when you absolutely have to. If the pain of the injury is towards its healing side and the pain is bearable, try and avoid using these as they give rise to complications. Try to get into the habit of avoiding the usage of a higher dose of these painkillers.
